Investment Title Welcomes – Kim Potter

Kim started in the profession of title services in 1978 as a Real Estate Paralegal for several real estate attorneys in Ocean and Monmouth Counties. In 1995, she became a licensed NJ Title Insurance Officer and started her own closing settlement company, Triangle Closing Services, Inc.

Kim is committed to lending her many years of experience to new and prospective clients, and her reputation speaks for itself. She’s spent over four decades going above and beyond in terms of providing personalized, exceptional service. In her new role, she will continue to see that closing process is completed promptly and thoroughly, providing valuable guidance about real estate along the way.

Keeping her impressive track record intact is not the only thing Kim is looking forward to. She’s equally excited to work with a future-focused team that will give her the opportunity to take her business and professionalism to the next level.

She has also fueled her growth by creating lasting relationships with lending institutions, mortgage representatives, attorneys, realtors, borrowers, and home buyers. With this impressive network at her fingertips, her clients can rest assured knowing that the solution for any question or concern they may have is only one phone call away!

Kim describes her life as a “mosaic of fun”, from traveling and hiking to cooking and spinning. She also loves going to beach, exploring the country on her bike, and raising funds for various charities and even combined the two when she and her husband rode from Oregon to New Jersey to support the Ocean of Love Foundation and children with cancer.

When Kim’s not on the open road, she enjoys a happy and fulfilled life with her husband Craig and daughter Lindsay and love nothing more than watching their favorite team on a Sunday – Go Broncos! Rather than letting a mistake or bad day hold her back, she prefers to “laugh it off” and encourages everyone around her to give into their own sense of humor. Life can’t be all work and no play, right?

She’s positive, hilariously silly, and even clumsy at times – but most importantly she is a loyal and caring person who is grateful for everything that has been given to her. Kim’s biggest priority in the new year will be to build and maintain client relationships and uphold the highest level of service possible.
